Our goal is to help people with disabilities reach their employment and life goals
We aim to serve as the leading model for vocational rehabilitation services throughout the nation. In order to achieve this, we will:
* Utilize peer support services to promote mental health recovery and lasting support
* Empower our customers to become peer advocates by providing free training and continued support
* Implementing skilled occupational therapy services to evaluate needs and strengths, identify appropriate job accommodations, and provide consultation and intervention for improved outcomes.
* Collect data to establish evidence-based practices that can be replicated to reduce rehospitalization, recidivism, unemployment, and homelessness
We facilitate an individualized path to successful engagement in meaningful and purposeful work through personal empowerment, community outreach, social support, and evidence-based approaches. Our comprehensive program is centralized around mental health and wellness to promote recovery and successful outcomes for each and every customer, regardless of ability level.
